Zutaten:
# 500g Mehl
# 1 TL Salz
# 50g Butter
# 270 ml Milch
# 7 TL Zucker
# 1/2 Würfel Hefe
# 2 Eigelb
# Mohn zum bestreuen

so geht's : 

Die Milch in einem Topf erwärmen und den Zucker und die Hefe darin auflösen.
Mehl, Butter und Salz in eine Schüssel geben und die Hefe-Milch dazu geben.Dann gut durch kneten, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht.
Den Teig mit einem Tuch bedecken und für 45 min an einen warmen platz stellen zum gehen.
Nach 45 min kann der Teig aus der Schüssel raus geholt werden und in in 3 gleich große Stücke geteilt werden.Jedes Stück muss zu einem Strang gerollt werden. Dann auf einem Blech mit Backpapier die Stränge zu einem Zopf flechten.
Den Zopf jetzt nochmal für 30 min gehen lassen.
Zum Schluss noch mit Eigelb bestreichen und dann mit Mohn bestreuen und schon kann der Zopf bei 160° für 40 min in den Ofen.
